• Weekly assignments to help you integrate our work outside of the group container
• A  community of heart-centered humans to support you on your journey
• 1:1 Support with Charlie (60-minute session)

• Wednesday Evenings 6:30-8:30

• 10/9, 10/16/ 10/23, 10/30, 11/13, 11/20 *No session 11/6

• One 60-minute Coaching session with charlie for 1:1 support around fully embodying your pleasure and truth. [This will be scheduled outside of the group coaching container.]
