Together under the darkness of the New Moon, we will be in relationship with the gentle medicine of Mama Cacao. We'll open our hearts, invite in love, balance and inspiration for the days ahead. We'll use our breath and then raise our vibrations with the medicine of the gongs with our friend and sound practitioner, Josh Jaffe.

About Yvonne: Yvonne is a Curandera herbalist, medicine woman, energy weaver, soul doula and ceremonial designer. She draws inspiration from her ancestral lineage of Mexican and Scottish decent, each rooted in Earth-based practices and cosmic connections.
About Josh: Josh uses several gongs in a subtle but profound way to move energy and create space within. He started playing gongs in 2014. His practice draws from his experience as a meditation teacher and Jikiden Reiki practitioner. The gong is beautiful instrument for regulating the body and for completing energetic cycles. Josh's style focuses on the quieter side of the gong's dynamic range, layering eerie, psychedelic dissonances over a grounding thematic base in a drama that builds to a deeply embodied resolution.
