our gatherings
We host many retreats. Here are a few images that capture the essence of our gatherings we've either hosted or brought our magic to.
Highly Inspired
We are honored to have the talented Daniel Santollo of Tekpatl do the artwork for this years gathering.
Daniel (Tekpatl) Santollo is a Portland-based visual storyteller (P’urhépecha, b. 1989, Mexico). Through murals, illustrations, and design, he blends ancestral symbolism with contemporary expression to honor identity, memory, and transformation. Drawing inspiration from Mēxihcah codices, Diego Rivera, and Akira Toriyama, his work bridges past, present, and future — merging cultural tradition with modern storytelling.
Rooted in his Indigenous and Mexican heritage, Tekpatl’s practice centers around community, healing, and visibility. His work can be found across the Pacific Northwest, each one telling collective stories of resilience and cultural pride. Whether on a city wall, a canvas, or digital screen, his art serves as both reflection and reclamation — a reminder of the beauty and strength within our people.
Through his studio practice, Tekpatl uses art as a way to reconnect people with their roots, their community, and the land they live on. For Tekpatl, creating is an offering, a way to give thanks, to heal, and to remember where we come from.
