Join us for a deep night of releasing & receiving with breathwork and plant medicine.
Saturday, April 20th
from 6-10pm
Offering: $85
We welcome in breath-work facilitator, Nikke Lewis to compliment a journey with the medicine of hapé. Both of these modalities help to release and get clear, together the journey is a powerful experience of healing and ceremony.
The night will begin with an active practice of breath-work designed to facilitate deep release of stuck emotions or trauma. This work is an invitation to journey into the places that resist releasing. It is a companion to befriend the shadow and mine for gold in the most challenging of times. You will feeling lighter, and more inspired, with a greater capacity for joy, self-love and acceptance.
Afterwards we will work in ceremony with the plant medicine of Hapé. Hapé has a deep connection to Mother Nature. When served in a manner that honors this tradition, she is a powerful gift that can provide insight, guidance, cleansing, grounding and healing. It is a spiritual experience. When working with Hapé, we work with the Hapé Spirit. Learn more about Hapé here.
We will use song and drum to begin and end the evening. At the end of the night we will journal and have group reflection. Warm tea and light snacks will be provided. Please bring a blanket, eye mask, an altar offering (you will get this back) any crystals or rocks that you would like to hold, a water bottle and your pen and journal. 21+ only —The event starts promptly at 6pm. Doors close at 6:15
