Spring Equinox marks a threshold crossing, when nature’s energy shifts from an internal focus to an outer one; it is a time to turn dreams into reality.
The Spring Equinox presents us with an opportunity to orient our nervous system toward the momentous energy of expansion and to align our intentions to the joy of becoming more of what we long to see in the world.
Working with a gentleness of Cacao and plant-medicine align with this moment in time. Both help to nourish the soul, expand the mind, restore balance and connect to the human heart.
Join us in this transition ...
The night will start with an opening ceremony and micro-medicinal cacao offering, then we'll journey within with the rhythms of the drum followed by breath-work and a gentle soundbath of harp and crystal bowls. Afterwards we'll close the ceremony, take time to reflect and enjoy some nourishing snacks and tea.
Please bring a journal and pen, along with a blanket and eye pillow (bandana or scarf will also work).

Yvonne Perez Emerson, the founder of Make & Mary~Casa de Ritual is a herbalista/medicine woman, creative maker, birth doula, light worker, and ceremonial designer. Oliva Haper~ Olivia is a certified therapeutic harpist and biofield tuning practitioner. With a gentle spirit, Olivia helps to promote healing and balance through sound baths, one-on-one sound healing sessions, and custom subconscious reprogramming soundtracks.
