Winter offers wisdom. It goes against nature to set goals in the winter, and through the whole month of January we are still in this season.
Rituals for Wintering gives us time to get clear, to go within and embrace slowing down so that we can energize ourselves with the new sun, for the new year and the Spring season ahead.
Join us to root down, in an intimate ceremony.
The night will start with an opening ceremony and micro-medicinal herbal tea offering, then we'll journey within with the rhythms of the drum followed by breath-work and a gentle soundbath. Afterwards we'll take a few moments to reflect and close the ceremony.
Please bring a journal and pen, along with a light body covering and eye pillow (bandana or scarf will also work).
