Copal has a rich history in the use of spiritual practices, healing ceremonies, and blessings. Curanderas use copal in ceremonies to cleanse, purify and protect the container, and to clear negative energy. We burn the resin to cleanse individual bodies in ritual practices as well, to help move energy and return the soul to the body.✨️

Our copal is Blanco Copal (white Copal) or Copal Santo (Holy Copal) and comes from a family in Mexico where they have been growing the copal trees for generations. To maintain a conscious and sustainable practice, they harvest only a certain amount of copal blanco per year.

The top note of this blend rushers in cacao and then the essence copal with hints of rose and amber.

I make this anointing oil with the resin of copal that has been infused in jojoba for months. then I layer it with cocoa absolute, amber oil, rose otto and frankincense essential oil. This is truly a special blend made with all my love.
